my name is paul whitworth...im the current lancashire county darts captain...i won the EMBASSY BRITISH GOLD CUP singles in 1996,i was semi finalist in the NORTH AMERICAN OPEN in canada 2002.BRITISH OPEN pairs champion (with mark top banana holden) GERMAN OPEN PAIRS champion (wih dave chisnal)..WELSH OPEN MIXED PAIRS champions (with my wife gill)....

playing county darts for lancashire,which im now captain (they must of been short)...love playing as travelling about and meeting up with old friends...

play super league for bury town team..

play monday,wednesday and thursday nights for my pub,the royal oak prestwich.thursday nights are on the manchester board also known as the log end..

im the current federation pairs champion and have won it twice on the bounce,first with my mate ian hinmarsh.secondly with my son lee.

i also hold the singles title whch i will be defending very soon.these two tournaments are contested by every league that plays on the log end and they send there knock out champions to represent their league.so im basically a double world champion....

the first picture is me playing super league for SALFORD.we won our division in our first year.playing from higher broughton con club,salford.

the second picture was taken at the vasa club blackley,manchester.just efore i played ray in an exhibition game.and YES i beat him,1 leg of 1001,i left him on 259.......thats 1-1 now.he beat me in 2006 in the semi final of the world grand prix qualifier 5-4,i had 5 darts at double to beat him.thats darts!

i run a pub in manchester and its deffinately  darts pub.if anyone is in the manchester area and wants a practice then come on down.if im not about to play you then my son who played for north of england under 18s will be about to play.

many top players have called in or stayed over.these include,

phil taylor..eric bristow..john part..kevin painter..cliff lazerenko..jamie harvey..keith deller..barrie bates..steve bunting..dave chisnall..ronnie baxter..ray carver..johnny kizinski..MCs russ bray and phil jones also...

so if your in mancheser the tram stops outside from manchester city centre....or 1 mile from jcts 17 and 19 on m60....
